Help to make a Splash

view from Watchet Splash PointWatchet is a wonderful place, though in need of regular TLC. Thankfully Watchet has more than its fair share of forward thinking citizens with imaginative ideas. When glitzy plans for an “Urban Splash” development bit the dust the town’s intelligent heads got together and an idea emerged for something far more attractive and realistic – a project to revatilise derelict land, using local skills. It is the brainchild of a community collective but has the backing of a great many people – including me.
