cattle in stallsIt is something of a major achievement to persuade 600 busy farmers from all over Somerset to come to Bridgwater on a sultry July evening – but that is exactly what happened last night at the Sedgemoor Livestock market. I was there too –  to watch what happened, assess the mood and show solidarity with many hard-working farmers from the constituency.  Without doubt many are still angry about milk  prices and much else besides.
